This post describes 8 Photo Locations for Beige Backgrounds in London. If you are trying and failing to get a consistent looking instagram feed, you may want to look to your background as ways to solve this.
Having a clean looking background with similar type colours can help make your grid look and feel more polished. Just have a look at Jess Hunt or Alyssa Lenore, you hardly see busy surroundings.
So for some of the best locations around London for a minimalist aesthetic looking instagram feed look below.
Bank
(1) The Royal Exchange
Just outside Bank tube station is The Royal Exchange. This has a columned Pantheon-style facade. Stop in front of the columns for some pictures. This old 1844 trading center is now home to some boutiques, restaurants and bars, so I’d suggest taking pictures further down from the entrance.
(2) Bank of England
Opposite The Royal Exchange on Threadneedle Street. Stand in front of the Bank of England for a similar beige backdrop.
(3) 55 Gracechurch Street
Not far down from The Folly restaurant, hang a left once you see bus stop. Here is a closed off path perfect for pictures. You are unlikely to get people in the background of your photo here — ideal if you’re bashful about posing in front of an audience!
(4) TK Maxx
Just further down the road from the above location on 55 Gracechurch Street. Follow the road around left once you spot TK Maxx. Here you’ll find gold handles and Parisian style doorsteps. For a similar type of doorstep pop to The Ned not too far down.
London Bridge
(5) Golding’s House
In Hays Galleria is a beautiful courtyard off the busy streets. This area is close to the waterfront and is surrounded by boutiques, eateries & services. Be mindful of what time you get here as it can get busy.
(6) Battle Bridge Lane
Located just behind from Hays Galleria. You can also get to this location from exiting London Bridge station near McDonalds and walking straight down across the road. This’ll take you to the back of Hays Galleria. This is a particularly quiet spot so you won’t encounter many walkers by in your shot.
Westminster
(7) Westminster tube station— if you want an underground snap, on the way to the district line westbound you’ll have an array of escalators to choose from!
Sloane Square
(8) Near to SpaceNK apothecary and Castore shops this little spot may get crowded with people but it boasts of gorgeous neutral colours all along this square.
